What is
Veterinary Physiotherapy?

Veterinary Physiotherapy involves the clinical assessment and treatment of any musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiorespiratory and/or biomechanical dysfunctions such as lameness in animals. The source of pain / loss of function can be located in specific structures and so optimal, directed treatment can be administered to promote repair and recovery.

Meet the team

Hayley Druce

BSc (Hons) Vet Phys, MIRVAP (VP)

Hayley's path to Veterinary Physiotherapy began after her own horse was diagnosed with sacroiliac dysfunction. With little to no rehab resources available, a passion for Veterinary physiotherapy was born.

Hayley founded Berkshire Vet Rehab after graduating university with a 2:1 degree in Veterinary Physiotherapy in 2020. She has treated many animals including dogs, horses and other small animals for various conditions.

As a member of the governing body IRVAP, Hayley undertakes 25 hours of additional training called continuous professional development (CPD) each year in various veterinary related topics. As a result, each animal is receiving the latest and highest quality treatment in each scenario for optimal rehab.
